1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between od69 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses or uses the od69 platform available at od69.club, including all sub-pages, features, tools, services, and content hosted thereon.

3 Account Registration & Security

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your od69 Login credentials, including your username and password. Withdrawals

Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take between one and five business days depending on the card issuer. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Technical Failures

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

od69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by od69.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve months or more.
• Activation of a voluntary self-exclusion period by the account holder.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your od69 account at any time by contacting od69 support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, subject to these Terms. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts

An od69 account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve calendar months. od69 reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee from dormant accounts after appropriate notice has been given to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Effect of Termination

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, od69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the od69 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if od69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

od69's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the od69 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by od69's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the od69 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, page layouts, text, and the od69 brand identity — is the intellectual property of od69 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the od69 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any od69 content without the prior written consent of od69.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which od69 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and od69, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with od69 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal complaints handling, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. You retain any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12 Amendments & Severability

od69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on od69.club with an updated effective date. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of od69 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
